How to Join

As of March 1st 2014 You can join at any time by submitting your app to the PENDING APPS FOLDER and waiting for an invite once your app has been approved

You MUST make sure that your app is filled in correctly to be certain of being accepted, find out how below.

We try to approve all apps within 1 week of submission but sometimes it may take a little longer so please be patient

Full body of your character in uniform?
(no cut off feet, heads or other limbs. Uniform must be recognisable.)

Information panels filled out?
(Name, age, reason for joining etc.)

Is the age and grade correct?
(15-16 = grade 1 , 16-17 = grade 2 , 17-18 = grade 3)

Have you written the name correctly?
(Surname first, first name second.)

Does the information in your bio (comment section) match the app?
You must include the information below in the comment section of your app.

IF YOUR APP IS NOT ACCEPTED IT MAY BE BECAUSE:

- App or Bio doesn't follow the above guidelines
- App missing required art pieces (and feet from full body cut off)
- Short/Inadequate biography/ personality
- Too many of the same type of character (this could either be that there were too many foreigners or too many tsunderes, too many moe heroine types etc)
